In March 2025, Ukraine Reborn Association, at the request and in partnership with Hospice général, launched the Job Coaching Nouveau Départ project — a support program for Ukrainian refugees in Switzerland facing difficulties entering the labor market.

The program is primarily designed for people with a low level of French. Its objective is to help participants better understand the Swiss job market, define a realistic professional direction, prepare a candidate application package, and learn how to succeed in job interviews.

Throughout the program, participants benefited from:

• group training sessions;
• practical workshops and masterclasses;
• networking events;
• individual coaching and support.

Participants were able to:

• define a realistic short-term professional goal;
• create a CV adapted to Swiss standards;
• prepare motivation letters;
• better understand Swiss recruitment processes;
• develop a concrete job search plan.

Key Results of the Program

• 57 participants supported
• 150 hours of group training
• 105 hours of individual coaching

The project helped participants not only gain practical job search tools, but also strengthen their self-confidence and take their first steps toward professional integration in Switzerland.
