In March 2025, we launched a new project, Job Coaching – Nouveau départ.

The main objective is to support Ukrainian refugees who have arrived in Switzerland in their job search. Throughout the project, we assisted participants in defining their short-term goals, preparing their application documents, and developing a job search plan.

The program includes training sessions, practical workshops, networking events, and individual coaching.

The project is taking place in Geneva at the request of the Hospice général, and 45 people have already benefited from it.

A solid foundation has thus been established for their future professional development.
