We are delighted to say: YES!
That is why we are launching RE:BORN Professional Transitions: Entrepreneurship — a pilot project for people who want to turn a business idea into a realistic plan of action.
Fortunat Diener | Program Lead
Over 20 years of experience in international development. He works in social finance at the International Labour Organization (ILO) and has founded two start-ups in the fintech and telemedicine sectors.
Role: Program Lead, program design, lead trainer.
This track could be for you if you:
have an initial concept and already know which sector you would like to build your business in;
have a business idea but are unsure how to test its viability;
need structure and support to move from an idea to concrete action.
During the program, participants will have the opportunity to refine their ideas, assess their viability in the Swiss context, and define their next steps.
There is no ready-made formula for building a successful business. But you will be able to test your assumptions, ask important questions, and avoid having to navigate this journey alone
Sessions will follow a hybrid format, combining in-person meetings in Geneva with online sessions.
All sessions will be conducted in French. Applications are open to people with any residence status in Switzerland.
To participate, you must:
have a clear understanding of the sector in which you want to develop your business and the type of activity you are planning;
have French at B2 level or above.
Application deadline: 5 September.
Participation is free of charge for people with S status.
